Yes. Any application or form, of any kind, can be completed. By using scanning and data mapping technologies, OneApp Agency completes every application on the licensing entity's original form. Instead of producing a universal application, OneApp Agency completes every unique application on the licensing entity's form. It is on their application. OneApp Agency generates completed forms in letter quality that are accurate thus reducing the chances of returned forms.

Yes, because all of your information is housed onsite. In fact, SyMplify will never have access to your data unless  you authorize us to help with a technical support database question. We understand the sensitivity of your data and have no contractual rights to see it or use it. Keep in mind, OneApp Agency is not an Internet or Application Service Provider (ASP) product offering.

Because of its flexibility and scalability, OneApp Agency can be installed on a wide variety of platforms. Installations vary from a stand alone PC to server, LAN, WAN and thin client configurations. Full installation and training typically will take 1 to 1 ½ days to complete. A SyMplify software specialist assists with an online installation of the software which typically takes 15 minutes per computer. A SyMplify software trainer then trains the new end user(s) either online or onsite.

OneApp Agency provides a powerful database enabling you to store, secure and manage your critical data. The initial loading of data is an important investment of resource for your agency in order to realize the benefits of OneApp Agency. To facilitate the initial input of data, OneApp Agency provides a Data Import Process. Submit your existing data in an acceptable electronic format (i.e. spreadsheet) and SyMplify will pre-populate the OneApp Agency database.  Alternatively, SyMplify will obtain license and carrier appointment information on your behalf from the NIPR’s national producer database and load the data for you.  OneApp Agency will be delivered with all your data pre-loaded so you can realize the benefits immediately.

Can OneApp Agency facilitate Surplus Lines Tax Filings?

While there are efforts currently underway to pass legislation to ease the administrative burdens associated with Surplus Lines business, it is unlikely relief is imminent. Through its alert functions OneApp Agency allows you to monitor filing deadlines and avoid late filing fees. In addition, tax filings forms are available to facilitate the completion of forms.
